Start to Run - Sessions for New Runners
If you've been thinking about starting to run to improve your general fitness why not come along to one of our brand new beginners sessions.
These sessions have been designed by our qualified coaches for first time and novice runners.
These sessions are ideal for getting you started and who knows what can happen when you start to see improvement. There are two runs each week, the first is taken by Susan Weeden on Thursday evenings. Meet by the side of the running track on Green Head Road at 6:00pm. You can contact Sue by clicking here
The second session of the week meets at Steeton traffic lights on the old Skipton Road, at 10:00am on Saturday mornings. This run is taken by Eric Sunderland.
Both of these runs will be over short distances and at a very gentle pace to build your confidence and get you running. So why wait, turn out for one of these two sessions and see your fitness and heath improve. We look forward to seeing you.
